Red River County Record Contacts

The Sheriff’s Office and Red River County Jail share the public contact block below. No separate records-unit number, booking-photo fee, or booking-photo turnaround was published. Ask the main line for the public-information officer or records clerk, and describe the existing record by name, arrest number, and book date when known.

For a district-court record or expunction material, contact District Clerk Brenna Williams at 400 N Walnut St., Clarksville, TX 75426, 903-427-3761. The District Clerk lists Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a Thursday noon-to-1 p.m. lunch closure; county offices are closed Fridays. The County Clerk is at 200 N Walnut St., Clarksville, TX 75426, 903-427-2401, but the office says it does not handle felony cases or traffic tickets.

Choosing the Right Route

Use the official custodian that matches the question. A booking row, a present-custody check, a court disposition, and a state-prison search are different records with different offices.

  • Use the county record and roster reference for the Sheriff-linked NetData search, VINELink, and written-request options.
  • Call the Sheriff for a Red River County Jail booking or records-custodian question.
  • Contact the District Clerk or the appropriate court for a case file, disposition, or expunction materials.
  • Use the Texas Department of Criminal Justice inmate search for state-prison custody, not a local booking.
  • Use the official BOP or ICE locator for the separate federal or immigration systems.
  • Use the Most Wanted reference for the county’s contact-based warrant-status path.

A booking allegation does not establish guilt. The court record, rather than a roster row or a secondary website, is the place to verify the case outcome.
